We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with an IRS ruling year of 2001. All donations made to us are tax-deductible.
Narayan Seva Sansthan (NSS) is the world’s largest not-for-profit corrective surgery initiative for the underprivileged. Headquartered in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, we have a global presence in countries including Australia, Canada, Japan, the Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and the USA.
Our primary goal is to raise funds and awareness for the treatment of polio and other critical health conditions affecting the economically disadvantaged. We extend support through free medical services, nutritious meals, education, shelter, clothing, and vocational training. Through continuous social awareness, we ensure that help reaches those who need it most.
Narayan Seva Sansthan began its journey in 1985, when Kailash Ji “Manav” started distributing food to patients and their attendants at a government hospital, armed with nothing but a fistful of flour and an unshakable spirit of service.
From that humble act of kindness, NSS evolved into a comprehensive community hospital offering free treatments for people with physical disabilities. Over the years, the organisation has grown into a global movement dedicated to uplifting lives through zero-cost corrective surgeries and holistic care.
Narayan Seva Sansthan continues to create meaningful change through a wide range of services—all offered at no cost. From medical care and prosthetics to skill training and inclusive weddings, every initiative is a step toward dignity, independence, and inclusion.
The aim is to make the best medical and healthcare facilities easily accessible to individuals who are in need or having financial difficulty
We organize mass marriages to enrich the lives of many differently-abled people and provide high-quality education to needy children for a bright future.
NSS provides various platforms to empower the lives of the Divyangs such as talent shows, Divyang parasports, and skill-development initiatives including computer, technical and tailoring training.
To rehabilitate and uplift individuals who are differently-abled and underprivileged—restoring dignity, independence, and hope.
Empowering every life with compassion and opportunity
